Refund policy

1. Money Back Policy — 7 Days
- Customers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The device must be returned in its original condition — no physical damage, no missing accessories.
- Refund will be processed after inspection and verification of the returned unit.
- Refund requests made after 7 days will not be entertained under this policy.
2. Exchange Policy — 15 Days
- Device exchange is available within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Exchange applies to manufacturing defects or hardware faults only — not for change of mind.
- The unit must be returned with all original accessories, charger, and packaging (if provided).
- MMLaptops reserves the right to inspect the device before approving any exchange.
- In case of an upgrade/downgrade during exchange, price difference will apply accordingly.
3. Warranty Terms
Our warranty covers hardware and manufacturing defects only. All warranty claims are subject to physical inspection at our shop.
Not covered under warranty
- Screen damage — cracks, broken display, or LCD damage due to accidental impact
- Speaker damage — blown, cracked, or water-damaged speakers
- Keyboard damage — broken keys, spill damage, or physical wear
- Any damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) present after purchase
4. General Conditions
- Original purchase receipt is required for all return, exchange, and warranty claims.
- Policy is valid only for purchases made directly from MMLaptops.com or our shop.
- All used/refurbished laptops are sold with disclosed condition — pre-existing cosmetic wear is not subject to warranty.
- MMLaptops reserves the right to make the final decision on all policy claims.
